Dengan hati yang tenteram dan jiwa yang dilimpahi ānanda, para penghuni syurga pun mula melagukan puji-pujian kepada Śaṅkara (Śiva).

It shows that true contact with Śiva (Pati) naturally produces inner clarity (prasanna-manas) and bliss, which then expresses itself as stuti—devotional praise that purifies the pashu (individual soul) and loosens the bonds of pasha (limitations).
The devas respond to Śaṅkara in a personal, Saguna manner—through hymns and reverent address—mirroring how devotees approach the Śiva-liṅga with prayers, names, and praises as an accessible form of the Supreme.
Regular stotra-pāṭha (recitation of Shiva hymns) with a calm mind—ideally supported by japa of the Pañcākṣarī “Om Namaḥ Śivāya”—is the implied practice, as praise arises from and reinforces devotional absorption.
