शीरं पावकशोचिषं ज्येष्ठो यो दमेष्वा । दीदाय दीर्घश्रुत्तमः ॥
Transliteration
śīráṁ pāvakaśóciṣaṁ jyéṣṭho yó dameṣv ā́ | dīdā́ya dīrghaśrúttamaḥ ||
Translation
Tangkas, terang dengan nyala yang menyucikan; yang tertua antara segala kuasa; dia bersinar di tempat-tempat kediaman—Agni, yang paling luas didengar, seruan panjang bergema di dalam diri kami.
