यथा होतर्मनुषो देवताता यज्ञेभिः सूनो सहसो यजासि । एवा नो अद्य समना समानानुशन्नग्न उशतो यक्षि देवान् ॥

yáthā hotar mánuṣo deva-tā́tā yajñébhīḥ sū́no sahaso yájāsi | evā́ no adyá samanā́ samānān uśánn agna uśató yakṣi devā́n ||

Sebagaimana engkau, wahai Hotar, putera Kekuatan, penegak para dewa, mempersembahkan korban bagi Manu dengan yajña-yajña, demikian juga pada hari ini bagi kami—yang mencari satu pertemuan dan satu kesepakatan—wahai Agni, berkenanlah dan persembahkan kepada para dewa yang berkehendak.
