आ यद्वामीयचक्षसा मित्र वयं च सूरयः । व्यचिष्ठे बहुपाय्ये यतेमहि स्वराज्ये ॥

ā́ yád vām ī́yacákṣasā mítrā vayáṃ ca sū́rayaḥ | vyáciṣṭhe bahupā́yye yátemahi svarā́jye ||

Apabila dengan penglihatanmu yang jauh, wahai Mitra dan Varuṇa, kami dan para sūrya (yang tercerahkan) mendekat, maka dalam kuasa-Mu yang luas lagi banyak melindungi kami berusaha menuju swarājya—pemerintahan diri.
