Sukta 5.60
यदुत्तमे मरुतो मध्यमे वा यद्वावमे सुभगासो दिवि ष्ठ । अतो नो रुद्रा उत वा न्वस्याग्ने वित्ताद्धविषो यद्यजाम ॥
yad uttame maruto madhyame vā yad vāvame subhagāso divi stha | ato no rudrā uta vā nu asyāgne vittād haviṣo yad yajāma ||
Sama ada kamu berada di wilayah tertinggi, di tengah, ataupun di yang paling bawah, wahai Marut, yang berbahagia, yang tegak di langit batin—maka kerana itu, wahai para Rudra, ketahuilah kami; dan engkau juga, wahai Agni, sedarlah akan persembahan yang kami bawa dalam yajña (korban suci).
