एह गमन्नृषयः सोमशिता अयास्यो अङ्गिरसो नवग्वाः । त एतमूर्वं वि भजन्त गोनामथैतद्वचः पणयो वमन्नित् ॥

éha gámann ṛ́ṣayaḥ sómaśitā ayā́syó áṅgiraso návagvāḥ | té etám ū́rvaṃ ví bhajanta gónām áthaítad vácaḥ paṇáyo vámann ít ||

Ke mari datang para resi, ditajamkan oleh Soma—Ayāsya, para Aṅgirasa, para Navagva. Mereka membelah terbuka kurungan lembu-lembu (cahaya) ini; lalu kaum Paṇi, kerana dengki, memuntahkan kata ini.
