त्रिशिरा-प्रबोधनम् तथा नरान्तक-वधः
Trisira’s Counsel and the Slaying of Naranthaka
अथान्तरिक्षेत्रिदशोत्तमानांवनौकसांचैवमहाप्रणादः ।बभूवतस्मिन्निहतेऽग्य्रवीर्येनरान्तकेवालिसुतेनसंख्ये ।।।।
athāntarikṣe tridaśottamānāṃ vanaukasāṃ caiva mahāpraṇādaḥ |
babhūva tasmin nihate'gravīrye narāntake vālisutena saṅkhye ||
Kemudian, apabila Narantaka—yang paling gagah perkasa—terbunuh dalam pertempuran oleh putera Vali, kedengaranlah sorakan kemenangan yang hebat di kalangan para dewa di langit dan juga tentera Wanara.
Naranthaka, the foremost of the heroes, having been killed in combat, the Devatas and gods of the three worlds experienced great joy.
