Garuda’s Arrival and the Release from the Serpent-Arrow Bond
ततस्सुपर्णःकाकुत्स्थौस्पृष्टवाप्रत्यभिनदनितः ।विममर्शचपाणिभ्यांमुखेचन्द्रसमप्रभे ।।6.50.38।।
tataḥ suparṇaḥ kākutsthau spṛṣṭvā pratyabhinandya ca |
vimamarśa ca pāṇibhyāṃ mukhe candrasamaprabhe ||6.50.38||
Kemudian Suparṇa (Garuḍa), setelah menyentuh dua putera keturunan Kakutstha serta memuliakan mereka, dengan lembut mengusap wajah mereka yang bercahaya laksana bulan dengan kedua tangannya.
Caressed by Garuda, both their bodies were cleared of wounds instantly shone like gold and turned bright.
