It was like the war between Devatas and demons, with the trunks of the bodies of Vanaras and Rakshasas rubbing together lying scattered in all directions.
Dharma is framed as the restoration of moral order: forces aligned with righteousness overcome destructive powers, echoing the cosmic pattern of Devas over Daityas.
The narration reports the outcome of many duels: Rākṣasa warriors are overcome by Vānara heroes.
Heroic excellence (śaurya) and steadfastness in direct combat.
