Para vānarā lain yang menggerunkan, bersama ramai yang lain, tiba-tiba mara berpasangan menentang rākṣasa yang lain, masing-masing mencari pertempuran bersemuka.
Fierce war which made hair stand on end happened there, with the heroic Rakshasas and Vanaras longing for victory.
Dharma in warfare includes order and directness: the imagery of dvandva (paired duels) suggests disciplined engagement rather than indiscriminate slaughter.
The broader battlefield is described: many vānaras and rākṣasas quickly form pairwise combats across the field.
Readiness and collective bravery—many warriors step forward at once to meet opponents directly.
