vihvalābhyāṃ ca netrābhyām apaśyann iva bhūpatiḥ | kṛcchrād dhairyeṇa saṃstabhya kaikeyīm idam abravīt ||

Translation

Dengan kedua mata yang dilanda gundah, seakan-akan tidak dapat melihat, sang raja—dengan susah payah meneguhkan diri dengan keberanian—berkata demikian kepada Kaikeyī.
