तपस्विनाम् औत्सुक्यं राक्षसत्रासश्च
Ascetics’ Anxiety and the Fear of Rakshasas
अभिनन्द्य समापृच्छ्य समाधाय च राघवम्।स जगामाश्रमं त्यक्त्वा कुलैः कुलपतिस्सह।।2.116.24।।
abhinandya samāpṛcchya samādhāya ca rāghavam |
sa jagāmāśramaṁ tyaktvā kulaiḥ kulapatiḥ saha ||2.116.24||
Setelah memberi penghormatan, memohon diri, dan menyelesaikan hal itu dengan Rāghava, ketua rombongan itu pun berangkat, meninggalkan pertapaan bersama seluruh komuniti pengikutnya.
The leader of the group quit the hermitage along with his companions after paying respect to Rama, convincing him and taking leave of him.
Dharma in social conduct: respectful leave-taking and clear resolution (samādhāya) preserve harmony even amid crisis, reflecting satya in communication and orderly action.
The ascetic leader formally takes leave of Rāma and departs with his followers, giving up the threatened hermitage.
Courtesy and composure: both sides maintain dignified conduct, even while facing danger and separation.
