The Procedure for the Consecration of a Pond

आचार्यः प्रक्षिपेद्भूमावनुमंत्र्य विचक्षणः । अरत्निमात्रो यूपः स्यात्क्षीरवृक्षविनिर्मितः

ācāryaḥ prakṣipedbhūmāvanumaṃtrya vicakṣaṇaḥ | aratnimātro yūpaḥ syātkṣīravṛkṣavinirmitaḥ

Sesudah memohon perkenan dengan mantra, ācārya yang arif hendaklah menegakkannya ke dalam bumi. Yūpa (tiang yajña) hendaklah setinggi satu hasta sahaja, diperbuat daripada kayu pohon yang bergetah susu.
