Narada (narrating within the Uttara-Bhaga tirtha-mahatmya context)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: adbhuta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It links divine ascent (toward Vaiṣṇava-pada) with Bhagavān’s prasāda: when the Lord is pleased, he actively removes the root affliction obstructing dharma and spiritual progress.
Bhakti culminates in Bhagavān’s prasannatā (grace). The verse emphasizes that reaching the Vaiṣṇava goal is not merely effort-based; it is fulfilled through the Lord’s pleased response that lifts suffering and obstacles.
No specific Vedāṅga technique is taught in this line; the practical takeaway is the purāṇic principle used in tirtha-mahātmyas: devotional merit and divine grace together remove ‘śalya’—persistent impediments to dharma.
