Sanatkumara (teaching Narada in a technical mantra/nyasa context)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It maps specific divine powers (kalās) used in mantra-oriented practice, showing how distinct energies—enchantment (Mohinī), transcendence of mind (Manonmanī), and transformative heat (Jvarā)—are invoked in an ordered sequence.
Even within technical mantra sections, the verse frames practice as reverential invocation—repeated salutations (namaḥ)—indicating that disciplined ritual knowledge is meant to be grounded in devotion and surrender to the divine power addressed.
It reflects applied mantra-vidyā (a technical discipline allied to Vedic practice): precise naming, sequencing, and counting of kalās for ritual recitation/nyāsa, emphasizing accuracy and tradition-based enumeration.
