The Exposition of the Nityā-paṭala

अरण्यवटमूले च पर्वताग्रगुहासु च । उद्यानमध्यकांतारे मातृपादपमूलतः ॥ १६५ ॥

araṇyavaṭamūle ca parvatāgraguhāsu ca | udyānamadhyakāṃtāre mātṛpādapamūlataḥ || 165 ||

Di pangkal pokok beringin di rimba, di gua-gua puncak gunung, di tengah taman yang sunyi laksana belantara, dan di bawah pangkal ‘pokok ibu’ yang disucikan—tempat-tempat demikian boleh dipilih sebagai lokasi khalwat untuk amalan rohani.
