The Classification and Explanation of Yakṣiṇī Mantras

Kālī and Tārā Vidyās

ताराख्या देवता बीजं द्वितीयञ्च चतुर्थकम् । शक्तिः षड्दीर्घयुक्तेन द्वितीयेनांगकल्पनम् ॥ ३८ ॥

tārākhyā devatā bījaṃ dvitīyañca caturthakam | śaktiḥ ṣaḍdīrghayuktena dvitīyenāṃgakalpanam || 38 ||

Dewata penaung ialah Yang dikenali sebagai Tārā. Bīja (suku benih) dibentuk dengan menggabungkan unsur vokal kedua dengan unsur konsonan keempat. Śakti (suku kuasa) diperoleh dengan menyatukan unsur kedua dengan vokal panjang keenam; dan aṅga (anggota bantu untuk nyāsa) hendaklah disusun dengan menjadikan unsur kedua sebagai asas.
