Narada (teaching in a technical/ritual instruction context)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: vira
It links mantra-siddhi (successful, stabilized mantra practice) with disciplined application: only after perfection should one undertake kāmya rites, and even then the rite is anchored in devotion to Kṛṣṇa (Govinda) together with a ritual śakti.
Even in technical ritual contexts, the verse centers the act on Kṛṣṇa-Govinda as the primary refuge and object of invocation, showing that desired outcomes are to be sought through devotionally oriented worship rather than mere technique.
It reflects ritual discipline and procedure (kalpa-style application): first establish mantra efficacy (siddhi), then apply it to kāmya-karmas 'as previously taught,' indicating rule-based sequencing and correct ritual deployment.
