The Explanation of Sandhyā and Related Daily Observances
Saṅdhyā-ādi Nitya-karma-Vidhi
ततः स्थित्वासने धीमानाचम्य प्रयतः शुचिः । दिव्यान्तरिक्षभौमांश्च विघ्नानुत्सार्य यत्नतः ॥ ८५ ॥
tataḥ sthitvāsane dhīmānācamya prayataḥ śuciḥ | divyāntarikṣabhaumāṃśca vighnānutsārya yatnataḥ || 85 ||
Kemudian, setelah duduk teguh di atas āsana, pengamal yang bijaksana—sesudah melakukan ācamana serta menjadi berdisiplin dan suci—hendaklah dengan bersungguh-sungguh menghalau segala rintangan, sama ada dari langit, ruang antara, mahupun bumi.
