न्यासं समाचरेन्मंत्री पृथगेव करांगयोः । विन्यस्य हृदये तारं भूः शिरस्यथ विन्यसेत् ॥ ४१ ॥
nyāsaṃ samācarenmaṃtrī pṛthageva karāṃgayoḥ | vinyasya hṛdaye tāraṃ bhūḥ śirasyatha vinyaset || 41 ||
Pengamal mantera harus melakukan Nyāsa secara berasingan pada tangan dan anggota badan. Meletakkan suku kata Oṃ di hati, dia kemudian harus meletakkan Bhūḥ di kepala.
