Sanatkumara (teaching Narada in the Narada–Sanatkumara dialogue)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It presents Vāmana (Viṣṇu) as both the inner intelligence that awakens right understanding and the liberating power (tāraka) that carries the devotee across saṃsāra, uniting devotion with inner transformation.
By repeating “namo namaḥ” and praising Vāmana’s saving nature, the verse models nāma-stuti (devotional praise) where surrender to Viṣṇu is itself a means to grace, clarity (buddhi), and liberation (tāraṇa).
It references the yajña framework—especially the Hotṛ role and the idea of dravya (offering substance)—pointing to a ritual theology where the Lord is understood as present within the act of sacrifice and its materials.
