The Narration of the Brāhma Purāṇa’s Account
Brāhma Purāṇānukramaṇikā
हविष्याशी च नियमात्स लभेद्ब्रह्मणः पदम् । किमत्र बहुनोक्तेन यद्यदिच्छति मानवः । तत्सर्वं लभते वत्स पुराणस्यास्य कीर्तनात् ॥ ४८ ॥
haviṣyāśī ca niyamātsa labhedbrahmaṇaḥ padam | kimatra bahunoktena yadyadicchati mānavaḥ | tatsarvaṃ labhate vatsa purāṇasyāsya kīrtanāt || 48 ||
Dengan mematuhi niyama secara disiplin dan hanya memakan havis (makanan korban yang disucikan), seseorang memperoleh kedudukan Brahmā. Apa guna berkata panjang? Wahai anak yang dikasihi, apa sahaja yang diingini manusia, semuanya diperoleh melalui pembacaan dan pewartaan Purāṇa ini.

Ritual discipline is implied through niyama and haviṣyāśī (regulated sacred diet connected to yajña); it reflects practical dharma-śāstra and kalpa-oriented observance rather than a technical Vedāṅga lesson.
