Daśamī-vrata: Observances for the Bright Tenth Day Through the Twelve Months
प्रत्येकं दक्षिणां दत्वा प्रणियत्य विसर्जयेत् । दक्षिणां तां द्विजाग्र्येभ्यो गुरवे वा समर्पयेत् ॥ ५३ ॥
pratyekaṃ dakṣiṇāṃ datvā praṇiyatya visarjayet | dakṣiṇāṃ tāṃ dvijāgryebhyo gurave vā samarpayet || 53 ||
Setelah memberikan dakṣiṇā (honorarium suci) kepada setiap seorang, hendaklah menutup upacara dengan tertib dan mempersilakan mereka beredar. Dakṣiṇā itu patut dipersembahkan kepada brāhmaṇa yang mulia, atau jika tidak, diserahkan kepada guru sendiri.
