The exposition of the Pañcamī vow to be observed in the twelve months
ततः प्रदक्षिणीकृत्य तद्द्रव्यं संप्रणम्य च । संप्रार्थ्य भक्तिभावेन विप्राग्र्येषु समर्पयेत् ॥ २९ ॥
tataḥ pradakṣiṇīkṛtya taddravyaṃ saṃpraṇamya ca | saṃprārthya bhaktibhāvena viprāgryeṣu samarpayet || 29 ||
Kemudian, setelah melakukan pradakṣiṇā (mengelilingi dengan hormat) dan bersujud kepada persembahan itu, hendaklah ia berdoa dengan rasa bhakti lalu menyerahkannya kepada para Brāhmaṇa yang utama.

It teaches that a gift becomes spiritually fruitful when it is offered with reverence (pradakṣiṇā, praṇāma) and inner devotion (bhakti-bhāva), and when it is placed in the hands of worthy recipients (viprāgrya).
Bhakti is shown here as an inner disposition that sanctifies outward action: one prays sincerely, bows, and offers—making ritual dāna an act of loving surrender rather than mere formality.
Ritual procedure (kalpa-oriented practice) is implied: the sequence of pradakṣiṇā, praṇāma, prayer, and then formal offering (samarpana) reflects correct ceremonial order in dāna and pūjā.
