It frames the Prakṛti-khaṇḍa as a complete, faithfully preserved exposition of sacred glory (māhātmya) and worship-based practice, affirming that hearing/receiving it is itself a cause of bhūti (well-being and auspicious prosperity).
By emphasizing pūjā and allied observances as central content, it points to devotion expressed through ritual worship and reverent listening (śravaṇa) as practical means to gain auspicious results and spiritual steadiness.
The verse highlights ritual procedure (pūjanādya) and the authority of śruti/recitation (“śrutam”)—a practical takeaway aligned with kalpa-style discipline (ritual method), though no specific Vedāṅga is named in this line.
