दुर्योधनकवचविमर्शः

दिष्ट्या महारथो धीर: पितुस्तुल्यपराक्रम: । क्षात्रेण विधिना प्राप्तो वीराभिलषितां गतिम्,यह सौभाग्यकी बात है कि पिताके तुल्य पराक्रमी धीर महारथी अभिमन्यु क्षत्रियोचित कर्तव्यका पालन करके उस उत्तम गतिको प्राप्त हुआ है, जिसकी वीर पुरुष अभिलाषा करते हैं
diṣṭyā mahāratho dhīraḥ pitus-tulya-parākramaḥ | kṣātreṇa vidhinā prāpto vīrābhilaṣitāṃ gatim ||
Vāyu berkata: “Berbahagialah! Abhimanyu, maharatha yang teguh, setara gagahnya dengan ayahnya, telah menunaikan kewajipan yang ditetapkan bagi seorang kṣatriya dan mencapai keadaan luhur yang didambakan para wira.”
