Shloka 45

एकार्णव-सृष्टिक्रमः, ब्रह्म-विष्णु-परस्परप्रवेशः, शिवस्य आगमनं च

ततो वर्षसहस्रात्तु उपावृत्तस्य मे ऽनघ त्वया मत्सरभावेन मां वशीकर्तुमिच्छता

tato varṣasahasrāttu upāvṛttasya me 'nagha tvayā matsarabhāvena māṃ vaśīkartumicchatā

Kemudian, wahai yang tidak berdosa, setelah aku kembali sesudah seribu tahun, engkau—didorong oleh rasa iri (matsara)—berhasrat menundukkan dan menguasai diriku.
