यस्य॑ हे॒तोः प्र॒च्यव॑ते॒ यक्ष्मः॑ कर्ण॒त आ॑स्य॒तः । सर्वं॑ शीर्ष॒ण्यंऽ ते॒ रोगं॑ ब॒हिर्निर्म॑न्त्रयामहे

IAST Transliteration

yásya hetóḥ prácyavate yákṣmaḥ karṇatá āsyatáḥ | sárvaṁ śīrṣáṇyaṁ te rógaṁ bahír nírmantrayāmahe

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

From what cause soever the yakṣma is set a-slipping forth—by ear or by mouth—all thy cranial disease forth, outward, do we conjure away.

Dari apa jua sebab yakṣma itu terlucut keluar—melalui telinga atau melalui mulut—segala penyakitmu yang mengenai kepala, kami jampikan keluar, kami halau ke luar.
