English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

What female powers, spreading crosswise, press upon thy joints, upon thy groins—harmless, unailing, let them run forth, away, unto the outer burrow.

Translation

Wahai kuasa-kuasa perempuan yang membentang melintang, menekan pada sendi-sendi, pada pangkal paha—tanpa mencederai, tanpa penyakit, larilah keluar, menjauh, menuju liang di luar.
