Concept: Mantra is not merely recited; it is moved and seated through prāṇa—withdrawal (saṃhāra) and installation (nyāsa) refine attention and energy.
Application: Use breath-synchronized mantra to deepen concentration: exhale with release/clearing, then inhale to establish steadiness at the heart-center.

Related Themes: Agni Purana 82 (preceding astra-lipta activation; following homa/nyāsa steps)
It teaches a pranayama-linked bīja-mantra practice: utter “huṃ” with exhalation (recaka), withdraw it via saṃhāriṇī (retraction), and install it in the heart through inhalation (pūraka) as nyāsa.
It exemplifies the Agni Purana’s integration of multiple disciplines—mantra-śāstra (bīja), ritual technology (nyāsa), and yoga physiology (recaka/pūraka)—showing how the text functions as a practical manual across spiritual sciences.
By internalizing the bīja in the heart through controlled breath and nyāsa, the practitioner aims at purification, protection, and focused absorption—symbolically drawing external ritual power inward toward steadiness of mind and devotion.
