Apabila ikatan-ikatan tubuh (sekatan) menjadi longgar lalu berlaku peningkatan (rangsangan) daya; dan apabila diri dikatakan mengambil keadaan sebagai “putera Rudra”—itulah yang dinamakan garbhādhāna, yakni perbuatan/keadaan pembuahan (konsepsi).

It defines garbhādhāna using technical markers: relaxation of bodily ‘bandha’ (constraints) and the arousal/elevation of śakti (potency), framing conception as both a physiological and saṃskāra-based event.
It blends Ayurvedic-style physiological description (potency, bodily states) with saṃskāra terminology (garbhādhāna), showing how the Agni Purāṇa integrates medicine, ritual practice, and dharma in a single instructional definition.
By portraying conception as a sanctified garbhādhāna act rather than a merely biological event, it implies that disciplined, ritually aligned procreation supports purified progeny and dharmic merit (puṇya) for the household.
