तथैव योधाः स्थगितेतरेतरास्तितीर्षवः प्रवरास्तूर्णपाणयः । रणे रणे लब्धजयाः प्रहारिणो विरेजुरुच्चैरसुरानुगा भृशम् ॥

tathaiva yodhāḥ sthagitetaretarās titīrṣavaḥ pravarās tūrṇapāṇayaḥ | raṇe raṇe labdhajayāḥ prahāriṇo virejur uccair asurānugā bhṛśam ||

तसेच योद्धे—एकमेकांना आड देत, पुढे जाण्यास उत्सुक, श्रेष्ठ व त्वरितहस्त—रणोरणी विजय मिळवून प्रहार करीत, असुरांचे अनुयायी म्हणून मोठ्या गर्जनेसह अत्यंत तेजस्वी दिसू लागले.
