दास्यामि ते समस्तानि युद्धकाले विशेषतः । नास्य मिथ्या भवेद्वाक्यमिति मत्वा शचीपतिः । मुक्त्वास्त्राणि तदभ्याशे पुनः स्वर्गं गतस्तदा
dāsyāmi te samastāni yuddhakāle viśeṣataḥ | nāsya mithyā bhavedvākyamiti matvā śacīpatiḥ | muktvāstrāṇi tadabhyāśe punaḥ svargaṃ gatastadā
मुनि म्हणाले—“मी ही सर्व शस्त्रे तुला देईन, विशेषतः युद्धकाळी।” हे वचन खोटे ठरणार नाही असे मानून शचीपति इंद्राने ती अस्त्रे त्याच्या जवळ ठेवून पुन्हा स्वर्गास प्रस्थान केले।
