उशंतस्त्वेति च तिलैः पितॄनावाहयेत्ततः । आयंतु न इति जपेत्ततः पार्थिवसत्तम
uśaṃtastveti ca tilaiḥ pitṝnāvāhayettataḥ | āyaṃtu na iti japettataḥ pārthivasattama
त्यानंतर ‘उशंतस्त्वे…’ या मंत्राने तिळांसह पितरांचे आवाहन करावे; मग, हे नृपश्रेष्ठ, ‘आयंतु नः’—‘आमच्याकडे येवोत’—असा जप करावा।
