तदहं दानपुण्यं हि करिष्यामि कथं स्फुटम् । कौपीनदण्डात्मधनो धनं स्वल्पं हि नास्ति मे
tadahaṃ dānapuṇyaṃ hi kariṣyāmi kathaṃ sphuṭam | kaupīnadaṇḍātmadhano dhanaṃ svalpaṃ hi nāsti me
‘तर मी दानाचे पुण्य स्पष्टपणे कसे करावे? माझे धन तर फक्त कौपीन आणि दंड एवढेच; माझ्याकडे थोडेसेही धन नाही.’
