अनर्हते यद्ददाति न ददाति तथार्हते । अर्हानर्हपरिज्ञानाद्दानधर्मो हि दुष्करः
anarhate yaddadāti na dadāti tathārhate | arhānarhaparijñānāddānadharmo hi duṣkaraḥ
जेव्हा मनुष्य अयोग्याला दान देतो आणि योग्याला देत नाही, तेव्हा योग्य-अयोग्य ओळखणे कठीण असल्याने दानधर्माचे पालन खरोखरच दुष्कर होते।
