राजापि दूरादायांतं त विलोक्यमहीसुरम् । यत्राकृतिर्गुणास्तत्र जहर्षेति वदन्हृदि
rājāpi dūrādāyāṃtaṃ ta vilokyamahīsuram | yatrākṛtirguṇāstatra jaharṣeti vadanhṛdi
राजाही दूरून येणाऱ्या त्या ब्राह्मणश्रेष्ठास पाहून अंतःकरणी हर्षित झाला व मनात म्हणाला—जिथे अशी उदात्त मूर्ती, तिथेच गुणही असतात।
