Skanda Purana — Kashi Khanda, Shloka 89

यथेष्टं धारणं वायोरनलस्य प्रदीपनम् । नादाभिव्यक्तिरारोग्यं भवेन्नाडीविशोधनात्

yatheṣṭaṃ dhāraṇaṃ vāyoranalasya pradīpanam | nādābhivyaktirārogyaṃ bhavennāḍīviśodhanāt

नाडीविशोधनामुळे इच्छेनुसार वायूधारण, अंतःअग्नीचे प्रदीपन, नादाची अभिव्यक्ती आणि आरोग्य—हे सर्व प्राप्त होते.
