पितेव पुत्रं परिरक्ष देव जहीन्द्रशत्रुं सह पुत्रपौत्रैः । तथेति चोक्तः कमलासनेन सुरासुरैर्वन्दितपादपद्मः
piteva putraṃ parirakṣa deva jahīndraśatruṃ saha putrapautraiḥ | tatheti coktaḥ kamalāsanena surāsurairvanditapādapadmaḥ
हे देव, पिता जसा पुत्राचे रक्षण करतो तसे आमचे रक्षण कर; इंद्रशत्रूला पुत्र-पौत्रांसह संहार कर. कमलासन ब्रह्माने असे विनविल्यावर, देवासुरांनी वंदिलेल्या चरणकमलांचे भगवान म्हणाले—‘तथेति’।
