युधिष्ठिर उवाच । सावित्री का द्विजश्रेष्ठ कथं वाराध्यते बुधैः । प्रसन्ना वा वरं कं च ददाति कथयस्व मे

युधिष्ठिर म्हणाला—हे द्विजश्रेष्ठ! सावित्री कोण आहे? ज्ञानीजन तिची आराधना कशी करतात? प्रसन्न झाल्यावर ती कोणता वर देते? मला सांगावे।
