vahnibījaṃ samuccārya tvādadhītāgnimāsane | yonimārgeṇa vā tadvadātmanaḥ saṃmukhena vā

Translation

अग्निबीज मंत्र स्पष्ट उच्चारून, तो आपल्या अंतःकरणातील ‘अग्नि-आसन’ मध्ये स्थापित करावा—योनि-मार्गाने किंवा आत्मसमोर अंतर्मुख होऊन तसाच।
