समयाह्वय-संस्कारः — Rite of ‘Samayāhvaya’ and the Preparatory Layout
Maṇḍapa, Vedi, Kuṇḍas, Maṇḍala, Śiva-kumbha
तस्यैवं जनयेत्क्षात्रमुद्धारं च ततः पुनः । कृत्वा तथैव विप्रत्वं जनयेदस्य देशिकः
tasyaivaṃ janayetkṣātramuddhāraṃ ca tataḥ punaḥ | kṛtvā tathaiva vipratvaṃ janayedasya deśikaḥ
अशा प्रकारे देशिकाने प्रथम त्याच्यात क्षात्रभाव व उद्धारविधी उत्पन्न करावी; नंतर पुन्हा त्याच विधीने कर्म करून त्याच्यात विप्रत्व (ब्राह्मणभाव)ही उत्पन्न करावे।
