Sukta 9.86
स भन्दना उदियर्ति प्रजावतीर्विश्वायुर्विश्वाः सुभरा अहर्दिवि । ब्रह्म प्रजावद्रयिमश्वपस्त्यं पीत इन्दविन्द्रमस्मभ्यं याचतात् ॥
sá bhandánā úd iyarti prajā́vatīr viśvā́yur víśvāḥ subhárā́ ahardiví | bráhma prajā́vad rayím aśvápastyaṃ pītá indav índram asmábhyaṃ yācatāt ||
तो आनंदध्वनी उंचावतो—प्रजावती (संतती-समृद्ध) करणारा, विश्वायु (सर्वव्यापी जीवनशक्ती) देणारा, अहोरात्र सुभरा (सुपोषक) करणारा। इन्दु पिल्यावर, तो इन्द्राला प्रेरित करो—आम्हांस प्रजावान ब्रह्म (वाणी/मंत्र-शक्ती) आणि रयि (समृद्धी) द्यावी; जी अश्वपस्त्य (प्रवासात शीघ्र ऊर्जा देणारी) असेल.
