Sukta 7.47
याः सूर्यो रश्मिभिराततान याभ्य इन्द्रो अरदद्गातुमूर्मिम् । ते सिन्धवो वरिवो धातना नो यूयं पात स्वस्तिभिः सदा नः ॥
yā́ḥ sū́ryo raśmíbhir ātatā́na yā́bhya índro áradad gātúm ū́rmim | té síndhavo várīvo dhātana no yūyám pāta svastíbhiḥ sadā́ naḥ ||
हे आपः—ज्यांना सूर्याने आपल्या रश्मींनी विस्तारले आहे, आणि ज्यांच्याद्वारे इंद्राने मार्ग व ऊर्मि (लाट) कोरून घडविली—हे सिंधवः (नद्यांनो), आमच्यासाठी विशाल मोकळा अवकाश/स्वतंत्र स्थान धारण करा. तुमच्या स्वस्तींनी आम्हांला सदैव रक्षण करा.
