Sukta 7.101
स रेतोधा वृषभः शश्वतीनां तस्मिन्नात्मा जगतस्तस्थुषश्च । तन्म ऋतं पातु शतशारदाय यूयं पात स्वस्तिभिः सदा नः ॥
sá retodhā́ vṛṣabháḥ śáśvatīnām tásminn ātmā́ jágatas tásthuṣaś ca | tán ma ṛtáṃ pātu śatá-śāradāya yūyáṃ pāta svastíbhiḥ sádā naḥ ||
तो रेतोधा—बीजधारक—शाश्वतांचा वृषभ आहे; त्याच्यामध्ये जगताच्या चर व स्थावर यांचा आत्मा स्थित आहे. ते ऋत मला शतशारदाय (शंभर शरदांपर्यंत) रक्षो; आणि तुम्ही स्वस्तिभिः (कल्याण-आशीर्वादांनी) सदैव आमचे रक्षण करा.
