Sukta 1.116
अनारम्भणे तदवीरयेथामनास्थाने अग्रभणे समुद्रे । यदश्विना ऊहथुर्भुज्युमस्तं शतारित्रां नावमातस्थिवांसम् ॥
anārambhaṇé tád avīrayethām anāsthā́ne agrabhaṇé samudré | yád aśvinā ūháthur bhujyúm ástaṃ śatā́ritrāṃ nā́vam ātasthivā́ṃsam ||
आधाररहित स्थानी तुम्ही ते वीर्य प्रकट केले; पाऊल ठेवण्यास व धरायला जागा नसलेल्या समुद्रात—हे अश्विनौ! जेव्हा तुम्ही भुज्युला त्याच्या घरी नेले, तेव्हा तो शत-आरित्र (शंभर वल्ही) असलेल्या नौकेवर उभा होता. तसेच आमच्या आधाररहित क्षणी, जेव्हा मनाला धरायला काहीच मिळत नाही, तेच सामर्थ्य प्रकट करा; अनेक साधनांनी युक्त, सुव्यवस्थित संकल्प-शक्तीची नौका आम्हाला द्या.
