कुमारसम्भवः—गङ्गायां तेजोनिक्षेपः
The Birth of Kumāra/Skanda and the Deposition of Śiva’s Energy through Gaṅgā
तं कुमारं ततो जातं सेन्द्रास्सह मरुद्गणा:।।1.37.23।।क्षीरसंभावनार्थाय कृत्तिकास्समयोजन्।
taṃ kumāraṃ tato jātaṃ sendrāḥ saha marudgaṇāḥ | kṣīra-saṃbhāvanārthāya kṛttikāḥ samayojaan || 1.37.23 ||
नंतर कुमार जन्मला; इंद्रासह देवांनी मरुद्गणांसह, त्याचे क्षीरपानाने पालन व्हावे म्हणून कृत्तिकांना नेमले.
