It reflects the Purana’s use of Vedāṅga-style technical methods (especially Jyotiṣa and coded notation) to systematize knowledge—showing that disciplined understanding supports dharma and ultimately mokṣa.
Indirectly: it does not teach bhakti as emotion or worship here, but supports the disciplined, scriptural approach that traditionally complements devotion—right understanding (jñāna) and right method (vidhi) strengthening one’s dharmic practice.
Jyotiṣa-oriented technical enumeration/coding—using planetary references (Moon/Saturn), ‘lagna’ language, and marker-words (go, bdhi, dhī, ṣaṭ, kha…) resembling bhūta-saṅkhyā/phonetic-encoded instruction.
