मध्याह्नी पूजा करून शेवटी एकभक्त (एक वेळ भोजन) करून व्रताची समाप्ती करावी; नंतर समर्थ भक्ताने दुसऱ्या दिवशी विधिपूर्वक उपवास करावा।
Sage Narada (teaching in a summarized procedural instruction; traditional dialogue context with Sanatkumara line)
Vrata: Rādhā-vrata (continuation)
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It frames vrata practice as a disciplined sequence—midday worship, regulated intake (single meal), and then fasting—showing devotion expressed through orderly self-restraint and prescribed ritual conduct.
Bhakti is presented as actionable: worship (pūjā) combined with niyama (regulated conduct). The devotee’s love is demonstrated through controlled senses (eka-bhakta) and sincere austerity (upavāsa) performed according to vidhi.
It highlights ritual procedure and timing (vidhi and madhyāhna), aligning with Kalpa-style practical ritual science—how and when to perform worship and fasting as part of vrata observance.
