शक्तिसम्पन्नो ह्यमित्रमुच्छिद्य पार्ष्णिग्राहमुच्छिन्द्यात् न हीनशक्तिरलब्धलाभः ॥ कZ_०७.१३.०२ ॥

शक्तिमान राजाने प्रथम शत्रू राजाला उच्छेदून मग पार्ष्णिग्राहकाला उच्छेदावे; कमी शक्तीचा राजा आधी न मिळालेला कोणताही लाभ मिळवत नाही।
